How do I place an order?
Add toys to your cart, open the cart, and choose Checkout. Enter your name, mobile number, district, and address, then place the order. You get an order number right away.
How can I pay?
You can pay in cash when the parcel arrives. Where bKash is shown at checkout, you can also pay online with your bKash account.
How much is delivery?
Tk 80 inside Dhaka district and Tk 150 anywhere else in Bangladesh. Delivery is free on orders over Tk 5,000.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1 to 3 working days inside Dhaka and 3 to 5 working days elsewhere, counted from when we confirm your order.
How do I track my order?
Open the Orders page and enter the mobile number you used at checkout with your order number. You will see each step, and the courier tracking number once the parcel is on the way.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can change or cancel an order until it has been handed to the courier.
Can I return a toy?
Yes. Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported right after delivery.
How do I pick the right toy for my child's age?
Every product shows a recommended age range, piece count, and challenge level. If your child is new to puzzles or building sets, start one level easier.
