Terms and conditions
These terms apply to every order placed on the Puzzle Mania BD website.
Products and prices
We describe every toy as accurately as we can, including its age range and piece count. Photos may differ slightly in colour. All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (Tk). The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place the order.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if a price was shown incorrectly, or if we cannot reach you to confirm delivery. If you already paid online, we refund you in full.
Payment
You can pay cash on delivery, or with bKash where it is offered at checkout. Online payments are processed by bKash under their own terms.
Delivery
Delivery charges and usual times are listed on the delivery page. Times are estimates and can change because of the courier, holidays, or weather.
Returns
Returns and refunds follow our returns policy.
Safety
Please follow the age range on each product. Many puzzles, brick sets, and model kits contain small parts that are not suitable for children under 3. Adults should supervise younger children during play.
Liability
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 of Bangladesh.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
