What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address, district and area, your optional email address and order note, and the items you bought. If you pay with bKash, bKash processes the payment and sends us the payment and transaction reference; we never see or store your bKash PIN.
How we use it
We use your details to confirm, pack, and deliver your order, to contact you about it, to handle returns, and to keep the accounting records a business must keep. We share your name, mobile number, and address with the courier that delivers your parcel, and nothing more.
Your browser
Your cart and the receipts of orders you placed are saved in your own browser so they are there when you come back. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits; it does not use cookies or identify you personally.
Messenger and Facebook
If you contact us through the Messenger chat button, the conversation happens on Facebook and is covered by Meta's privacy policy.
Keeping it safe
Order data is stored with our database provider and is visible only to authorised Puzzle Mania BD staff who need it to fulfil orders.
Children
Our shop is meant for parents and adults buying for children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct your details or delete information we no longer need to keep for an order or legal records. Contact us with your order number and mobile number.
