Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
What can be returned
Puzzle Mania BD accepts returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported as soon as possible after delivery, with a photo of the item and the parcel.
How to return
- Contact us with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We confirm the return and explain how to send the item back.
- Once we receive and check the item, we send your refund or an exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are made to your bKash account or another method we agree with you, for the price of the returned item. If the item was damaged or incorrect, we also refund the delivery charge.
Safety
For age-sensitive toys, puzzle sets, and model kits, please keep small parts away from children below the recommended age range shown on the product page.
